«We enjoyed our stay at this location. We liked that the unit was clean and there was mostly enough space (except the kitchen is very tight in some places) but overall it worked for us. We also liked that there is a boardwalk to the beach which made lugging our chairs and tent much easier than if we’d had to walk in the sand that whole way. «The view is worth every penny! Having an elevator for our mobility needs was so sweet and the direct access to the beach was the cherry on top! Parking was as rough as described so we used overflow parking. Thank you for that option. Looking forward to returning for another stay»

«This is our second stay at this house and 3rd on Manasota Key in a year. If you are looking for a quiet vacation and perfect spot near Stump Pass I highly recommend this house. On top of that I must say how awesome the host is. My AC went out unfortunately on my first day (Saturday) and was out for 24hrs. «The view was beautiful. Parking is tight but usable. The beach is steps away and has a private walkway. This was the best condo we have ever stayed in. The place has lots of room for everyone. We hope to do so again in the future.»

«Very nice property with about 50 yds walk to beach. Location is awesome beach, restaurants and stores in short walking distance. Spare bedroom with day bed was very misleading. Too small for 2 adults, but we made it work. Gas grill was available but no gas. We requested a tank, but it was never delivered. All in all our family had a great vacation. Thank you!!!»

«Love a warm late winter trip to FL from PA! Really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay at Di's place. We had absolutely everything we needed!! The lanai was my favorite spot for AM coffee & PM wine & book. Fishing was a hit for the guys. The pool temp was perfect for us girls. We had some really great meals, K&K Bakery, Twisted Fork, Sandbar Tiki & Grille, Farlow's on the Water, Lighthouse Grill, The Waverly and The Village Brewhouse at the Fishermen's Village to name a few favorites.»

«The apartment was exactly as described. Super clean, well appointed, and almost on the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing. The only slight problem we had was that the pull out sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult. Perhaps best to use it for a child. We definitely hope to return.»

«Gasparilla Island is an awesome place to spend a weekend or the rest of your life! The condo is beautiful and well stocked. The endless beach, beautiful sunsets and clean pool are all that you would hope for! The only comment I would make is the Ferry is a passenger Ferry and not a car ferry which I assumed (my mistake) so you do have to leave your vehicle on the mainland and transport all your luggage and supplies onto the ferry. «Cute beachy condo with a fantastic view and easy beach access. The porch deck is a bit tired and wonky, but a great place to relax with refreshing breezes and the best sunsets. There is a need for a better dustpan or even a dust buster to clean up inevitable sand. There were no tissues and the WORST toilet paper. Very small toilet, cute.
