    Dette er et strand hjemme på den roligere delen av halvøya. Kom og nyt et virkelig avslappende opphold på stranden. Stort dekk vender mot stranden. En åpen planløsning som lager et romslig kj��kken og stue. Stort spisebord samt spiseplass. Dette hjemmet har satellitt-TV i både stue og hovedsoverom. Vinduer rundt for å nyte utsikten uten å forlate huset. Paved innkjørsel for god plass til å parkere og BBQ. Veldig nær alle handlingene! Bare noen få miles fra både Big Store og Roll Over Pass for flott fiske. Denne fylles raskt opp. Ikke vent anrop eller bestill online i dag.

This house was great for 7 people. The location was by far the best part! It has easy access to the beach, wonderful views, lots of space in the house, good cookware, and a great shower downstairs for after swimming. The beach was never over crowded either. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely book again when we come back to Crystal Beach.

We enjoyed being on the not so crowded end of Boliver. The weather was so nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. We will return.

The place was clean, decorated nicely, and had a great view. There were no hangers in any of the closets though and there was minimal if any drawer space to unpack your suitcases. It was advertised as sleeping 11 but the cutlery was not enough for a group that size. There was no drainboard. There were no extra blankets. Probably would look for a different place next visit.

Previously stayed here when it was Highview Lodge. Very nice remodel. Furniture updated and much lighter and brighter. Views are fantastic from the porch. Beach is steps away and at the quieter end of the peninsula. Will return.

The decor and attention to detail really makes you feel at home! And it is literally steps from the beach which made it super easy going back and forth with kids! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ocean waves! It’s a quieter part of the beach which I loved! We stayed over 4th of July so the weekend the beach was busier as expected! And we got to see fireworks all up and down the beach from the comfort of our deck! It really was a great spot & a great stay! I definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at Royal View, a stunning beachfront property, and it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, offering panoramic ocean views from almost every room. The beach is just steps away, making it incredibly convenient for morning walks or sunset views.Inside, the property is beautifully furnished, with modern amenities and plenty of space. The open-plan living area leads out to a spacious balcony where we enjoyed meals with a breathtaking backdrop. The bedrooms were cozy, with large windows that let in natural light and cool ocean breezes.The hosts were welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Whether you’re relaxing in the living room, lounging on the beach, or dining on the balcony, Royal View offers the perfect setting for a peaceful, memorable getaway. Highly recommended!

There are a few things that could use some updating like the pots and pans and fixing the low shower pressure in the master, but you have to be realistic while staying in a beach house. It's not meant to be luxurious. This had everything that we needed and having the ocean front view morning, noon and night made up for anything it lacked. For the location and price, we will probably stay here again. Its the best bargain on the beach for ocean front views. The staff was friendly and the process was easy.

The beach is not crowed this time of year during the week and that is very relaxing for us. The home was clean and all utilities worked good. One exception, we discovered the ice maker was not operational. We made management aware of this. We had to drive back 7 miles to retrieve ice. The home did not ice trays available for use. We just needed immediate ice demands upon arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is neat, clean and in a good location. I am glad I noticed in the pictures on the website that there is no lamp by the sofa. I took a lamp from home with an extension cord that I ran under the couch to an outlet. Great for nighttime reading or just a little light without the ceiling lights being on. The kitchen could use new skillets and pots and pans. I would stay there again and recommend the house as a great vacation time. Cobb Real Estate is the best!!!

The house maintenance needs attention. Broken shades, soiled linens, worn bathroom furnishings, terrible shower water pressure. No good outside chairs/furnishings. Not a “Cobb-quality” property compared to the two others we’ve stayed in.

Spring Break Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was delightful. The living area/kitchen/dining was all open and bright. I really enjoyed the deck that was on two sides of the house. The house was well-furnished and extremely clean. The parking area under the house was on a concrete foundation and therefore very clean. The area was relatively quiet and we were very close to the beach. It was a great place for a getaway. Well worth the money! Also, Cobb Realty was a great company to deal with. They were very professional.
