Look no further, you've found the perfect beach house only one block from the beach; an easy less than 2 minute walk or drive down and park on the sand. Located in the Tidelands subdivision with a short drive to the best restaurants and The Big Store. Amazing unobstructed views of the gulf and beach from the private primary bedroom balcony and the main deck. Plenty of relaxing outside seating with tables, chairs, loungers, and a porch swing.

Underneath you can enjoy the tiki bar, picnic table, and 2 more porch swings. While grilling steaks on the charcoal grill you can enjoy a game of cornhole on the provided cornhole boards. We provide all you need for a relaxing beach vacation including beach towels, chairs, toys and boogie boards. We even provide a beach wagon for easy transport of the beach gear. And after a great day on the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

For all your cooking needs we have a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, a griddle, a waffle maker, an air fryer, a crock pot, coffee bar with Keurig combo that makes classic ground coffee or K-cups. We provide a selection of K-cups, creamers, and sweeteners for you to enjoy during your stay. We also provide starter supplies of dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, and toilet paper.

The main floor features an open floor plan where everyone can be together while meals are prepared and enjoyed. The kitchen bar has 3 barstools and the large farmhouse table with double benches that can seat as many as 8 adults. We even have a highchair for those traveling with young vacationers. The living area has two comfy couches and 65" smart tv. There is also a nice reading nook with a cute table with pullout seats perfect for young diners or a game table (several board games and puzzles provided).

There are two bedrooms on the main level that share a luxurious Jack and Jill style bathroom with double vanities and a bath/shower combo.. The first main level bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. A pack n play is stored in the closet in this bedroom for guest use. The second main level bedroom is a bunk room with a full XL over queen, and twin over twin beds. This room also has an enclosed ceiling fan/LED light operated by remote control for safety and ease of use.

The primary bedroom upstairs has a king bed, coffee bar, wine fridge, and private deck to enjoy those perfect ocean sunrises and a cup of coffee . This bedroom has also has a smart TV. Attached is a spacious master bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and bed sheets are provided.

Beautiful house and even better view

The house was the perfect place for our group of 8. The house is very roomy and set up for easy gathering. The porch was our favorite place to be. Great chairs, lots of seating and an unobstructed amazing view!!

Fantastic location and great amenities. The beach chairs and wagon made walking to the beach very easy. Fully supplied kitchen utensils and cookware made for easy meal prep. Views of the beach are incredible. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would go back again.

Extremely practical and thoughtfully equipped, it had all the conveniences that made our stay seamless—from a washer and dryer to a Keurig and strong internet with cable. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and we loved that it’s just steps from the sand—you can’t beat that kind of access!Beautiful sunsets and restful evenings listening to the sound of the waves Everything was prepared with care and attention to detail. Linens and towels were provided, which made packing so much easier. The boogie boards, beach toys, and chairs were a fantastic bonus and kept everyone entertained. Great location to beach and relax

The house was great for our family of 9. We loved the short walk to the beach with the beach wagon and sitting on the deck listening to the water. Nice beds, linens and well equipped kitchen. The master suite was a bonus with a coffee maker and wine fridge. Great and fast communication whenever needed. Would definitely recommend for a beach house in the relaxing part of Crystal beach!

Tops Our List

We stay in Crystal Beach every year and this property tops the list of our favorite. Puctures dont do the house justice. Its the first home we've stayed in that didn’t feel like a rental, its felt like home. Beach access is perfect. Views are incredible. Overall 10/10

The Perfect Beach House

The beach house was perfect for our family. The location was super close to the beach, grocery store and our favorite restaurant. It was clean and easily accessible. Owner was easy to get in contact with as well. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Crystal Beach!

Nothin' but a Good Time!

Stayed at this beautiful beach house in June 2024 for five days. In short, the vacation was fantastic. The home is well-kept and very clean. Location of home has great ocean views, set back one block from the beach making for a super-easy walk. The amenities were plentiful and had everything we could have needed, from appliances, kitchen-wares, utensils - you name it! Very sweet touch from the owners - a cute welcome bag full of goodies! The deck is fantastic. Very comfortable padded recliners that take in the great beach view. Huge wooden table and chairs for outside dining The patio swings both on the middle deck and on the ground floors were super nice to relax in! Charcoal grill was available downstairs to use. So nice that I bought an extra bag of charcoal to leave for the owners or next renters! LOL Outside shower has BOTH hot and cold water to wash off after the beach. Something I really liked as well: after driving on the beach and the truck covered in salt, there is a hose and sprayer I could use to rinse it off: right next to where you park under the house. Very convenient. The upstairs master suite and private balcony was perfect and well-designed. Having a coffee bar and wine cooler in the master suite really was the best. The beds were very comfy and clean. Seamless Wifi & DirectTV. The house was immaculate and smelled so good. Small details like that really make a difference. The owners are very kind and quickly respond to any inquiries. Will be back again!!!

Family spring break

The home was a very short easy walk to the beach for the whole family (including grandma). We had everything we needed for everything- morning coffee, a fun day at the beach complete with toys and beach towels, plenty of bath towels, yard games and everything to cook meals daily. Fabulous view, great location & comfortable

We were so thrilled upon arriving at the property. We are a family of 5, and there was plenty of space. The location was ideal with how close it was to the beach as anything we forgot could easily be grabbed from The house. It was ideal for us, to let the baby nap in the middle of the day and then head back down after lunch & naps. The beds were all comfortable, and offered plenty of space for us all to sleep. The views were amazing. We loved that the house is a few minutes from Town but not too far. Didn’t need to rent a golf cart or anything due to how close the house is to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked, we cooked a lot and there was every tool you needed including some spices! Knives were sharp which was nice as well. They have plenty of sand toys and things for the beach if you forget or don’t bring a ton. Their wagon was fabulous as well! We will definitely rent this home again if in the area.

Best mini-vacation ever!

If you are on the fence about renting this property, don’t hesitate, don’t think on it, don’t wait a day or two to decide and don’t keep looking for a better vacation spot. This home was perfect! I rented this home for a few days to celebrate my grandmother’s 84th birthday and brought my 17 year old daughter along. We were impressed from the moment we pulled into the drive way. The property was very clean, well cared for and exactly what you want when looking for a peaceful stay. I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say. The beds, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the entire ambiance of the home was just what we needed for a relaxing, peaceful stay. A lot of people in the area had golf carts, but if you stay here, you won’t need to spend the extra money for one. The beach is right there. The home is on a corner lot so you aren’t sandwiched between two houses. We made reservations for a fancy Seafood restaurant in Galveston, we had no idea we would have to take a ferry to get there! That was a nice surprise, it was really cool and the ferry was free! We are already talking about our next trip back and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
