Best of all, you won't have to leave home base to soak up the salty breeze and sweet sunshine with a furnished deck and an outdoor lounging area underneath the home boasting a gas grill, picnic tables, an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes, and a sectional sofa. From the calm back porch you can enjoy magnificent sunset skies and a peek-a-boo ocean view.

When you find some downtime spent inside, relaxation will be easy to find after exciting days with a wonderful living area complete with plush furnishings, a mounted flatscreen TV. Every room has a DVD player and wall mounted TV with FireTV! Homecooked meals will be a breeze with an electric glass-top stove, stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and ample cookware provided. For the remote worker, a desk, office chair, an extra monitor and extremely fast internet with SpaceX Starlink satellite connection is provided. Plus, everyone will find their own sense of privacy when it is time to hit the hay, as all of the bedrooms are spread out to each corner of the home. The kiddos will absolutely love the bunk room as well.

The wheelchair lift is not available for guest use.
To use streaming services, guests must provide their own login credentials.
The Tidelands subdivision is a DEED Restricted community: No vehicles may be parked on the street in the community. No boats, mobile homes, boat trailers, boat rigging, trucks larger than 3/4-ton pickups, or buses of any kind are allowed in the community.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
