The Space:

Pirate's Beach and Pirate's Cove! This is a perfect venue for weddings, family reunions, or other events. The property sleeps 62 in total, and there is a connecting sky bridge walkway so guests can walk freely between the two homes.



The homes feature great rooms with large-screen Roku smart TVs, high speed internet, and well-stocked kitchens. The kitchens feature dual refrigerators, dual coffee makers - both Keurig and regular drip, and many more amenities for large groups.

Each house also includes private bedrooms with ensuite baths as well as bunkrooms that sleep several! All bedrooms have their own antenna-connected televisions, and ceiling fans.



You'll find plenty of parking for events and guests and 1/3 of a mile unobstructed beach view! Enjoy the huge ground level entertainment area with built-in bars, sand showers and bathroom. There is night-activated safety lighting outside, and a large yard with a sprinkler system to keep it looking great year-round. This amazing property is designed for groups and weddings!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
