Chillax inn / not so relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The house is not in the same condition as photos online. The white couch cover look as if they never been cleaned. The floor was dirty, overall dirty. My home is cleaner than this rental. There was trash outside from previous guest. The mosquitoes was so bad my family and I left 1 1/2 day early

Relaxing Fishing Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th time staying at the Chillax Inn! This is the only house we will rent for our annual beach vacation. The location is perfect with amazing views and easy beach access away from heavy traffic. The kitchen is well stocked allowing us to cook all our favorite meals and fish we catch instead of eating out. The house is refreshingly clean and open, making it feel much larger than it is. I can watch my teenage boys fishing on the beach from the deck.

Chillax Inn Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chillax Inn was probably our BEST beach house to rent. This is mainly for the view!!! I just wish it were a little larger for my family! We have NEVER had one problem renting with Cobb. Other than a family before us left some hamburger patties in the microwave...that was pretty gross! LOL! Everything is so detailed and precise. We will never rent from anyone else!
