Anchors Away – Fenced Yard, Pet & Kid Friendly, Short Walk to Beach, Sleeps 10

Anchors Away is a beautifully designed 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath beach home in the heart of Crystal Beach, created for families and groups who want comfort, space, and easy walkability to the shore. The home features two king bedrooms, including a private master suite with a tile walk‑in shower and rain shower head, plus a third bedroom with two twin‑over‑full bunk beds. The second bathroom has a convenient tub and shower combination, and a full‑size stackable washer and dryer make longer stays simple.

The open living area offers comfortable seating and Roku TVs, and the kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and both an automatic drip coffee maker and a K‑type brewer. Beds are made with fresh linens, and towels are provided for your stay. For safety and cleanliness, please bring your own seasonings and oil.

Outside, enjoy a fenced yard with a play set, a shaded bar and grill area under the house with a charcoal grill, and a table and chairs for cooking, eating, and enjoying time together. A downstairs enclosed outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach.

Anchors Away sits on a quiet street with no direct car access to the beach, which keeps the area calmer than the main beach roads. The street itself can be driven on, and the beach is a short walk or golf cart ride from the house. Restaurants, shopping, coffee, and doughnuts are a short drive away, and a personal vehicle is recommended for getting around the peninsula. Parking on the beach requires a ten‑dollar permit available at The Big Store.

Because the home is elevated for safety and better views, you may notice slight natural movement during strong winds or when people walk inside. This is normal for coastal homes built on pilings.
ANCHORS AWAY — HOUSE RULES
Check in: 4:00 PM. Check out: 11:00 AM. Early check in and late check out must be approved in advance through your booking platform.
Max occupancy: 10 guests including children. Day visitors beyond registered guests must be approved in advance.
Parking: Driveway and on property only, up to 5 vehicles. Boats and trailers must be approved in advance.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No amplified outdoor music after quiet hours.
No smoking or vaping inside. Outside only, stay well away from doors and windows so no smoke enters the home. Dispose of cigarette butts in outdoor trash only.
No parties or events without prior host approval.
Pets by pre approval only. Do not use host blankets, towels, linens, or any household items for your pet. Bring all your own pet supplies.
Do not rearrange or move any furniture.
Kitchen: Rinse dishes before loading dishwasher. Dishwasher soap provided for 2 loads, 1 is reserved for checkout. Bring extra if needed during your stay.
Laundry: Detergent provided for 2 loads, 1 is reserved for the towel load at checkout. Bring extra if needed during your stay.
Trash: Pickup Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cans are already at the street in a container, no rollout needed. If cans are full, leave bagged trash securely inside the house. Do not leave bags outside.
At checkout: Put a load of towels in the washer and start it. If there are dirty dishes, load and run the dishwasher. Lock all doors and windows. Turn off lights. Do not turn off the AC, ceiling fans, or dehumidifier, leave all running when you leave. Return key to the top lockbox and re scramble the code.
Additional fees, each charged separately: Unauthorized pet or pet related damage mess: $150. Excessive mess beyond standard turnover: $150. Any evidence of smoking, vaping, or smoke inside the home: $150.
