«Cottage was lovely. Could have used direction for heat….. could not get it to come on. Also suggest having some hooks available in bedrooms and bath to hang up clothing items. Other than that the stay was good. »

«The staff is excellent and very forgiving. I lost the first key and they gave me another one without making me feel bad. The room was great, warm, and snug. The staff was absolutely amazing and l would highly recommended this place for anyone visiting this area!»

«The location of this place was the only reason I gave 3 stars. We booked this place as the listing stated it slept 8-10 comfortably. We had a party of 8. 2 families of 4. The listing stated it had 3 bedrooms with a king bed in one room, 2 twin beds in another, and 2 queen beds in the 3rd. However, in the details of the description, the 3rd was the living room and the listing stated a queen pullout sofa and a queen blow up mattress. When we arrived, there was no pullout sofa, and 2 blow up ...

«I stayed at the keeper's house on Charity Island in mid-August with my parents, daughter, and nieces (ages 8-10). It's such a unique stay and very peaceful. The house is spacious and fairly well stocked, though we spent most of the time outside. There are two beach areas- one rocky and one sandy- and the water is shallow (<4 ft) quite a ways out, which was perfect for the kids.
