BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay.
They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it. She stated yes and that she put out her cigarette when she saw us pull in. She is constantly smoking. The only reason that it wasnt too much of an issue is because besides the lobby, the building is open air.
The dolly carts all have flat tires, her response was she already knew. They aren’t doing anything about that either.
Other than stated above, the ease of coming in and out was nice, no issue with noise and staff was approachable.
