The web site advertised a pool, however when we arrived we were told the pool was closed. And there was no change in the cost of the room. It was disappointing to book a hotel with a pool, and not be able to use it.

Our pool is advertised as an outdoor seasonal and we do our best to have it ready to go every year in May. We do run off season rates until May as well. I do hope you were able to enjoy our year-round hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. I do apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience during your stay. We liked that it was convenient to the multiplex for soccer. We didn’t like the beat up furniture in our room, we didn’t like that we had to go to the front desk for hot tub towel and all other toiletries, we didn’t like that the dining room carpet was filthy and we didn’t like that they made us pay approximately $100.00 more for that weekend because of the Mini World Cup. It’s all young families and grandparents that really can’t afford the higher price. Shame on you.

Our bathroom amenities are offered in the large environmental bottles attached to the bathroom walls, so I am unsure what you had to go to the front desk for but I apologize if they were not offered in the room. I am sorry you disapproved of our rates however you did accept them when making your booking. Staff were nice beds and pillows were nice. We booked this hotel because it had a pool. We were not informed the pool was not operating until we were at the hotel snd checking in. Needless to saw the kids were very disappointed. Hot tub is large size though.

Overall good hotel and very quiet; good restaurant downstairs; hotel is in convenient location. Only thing that could have been better is the beds are very high and my 83 year old mother found beds/mattresses too high and too hard.

the room clean, would have like microwave as had to go downstairs to get hot water for tea but at least it was available as well as assorted coffees etc. appreciated frig Staff was welcoming and helpful, On returning home 3 days later, we returned to dinning room to enjoy great food, plentiful. We enjoyed our stay aside from the fact that our room smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time we were there. For a room that claims it was a non smoking room it most definitely did not smell like that. Had there been an option to move I would’ve taken it but the hotel was full. Other than that everything was clean and was great!

Room was clean, but on the small side. There was a party with live music in one of the conference rooms at night, and we were right above it so that was loud and we weren't warned beforehand. Slept with ear plugs. Staff was friendly, breakfast was pretty good in the morning at the cafe.

We stayed for a weekend dance performance. Despite being on a floor with a lot of other kids on our dance team the room was incredibly quiet. We had a suite and it was quite spacious. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. And the price was a steal for what we got! Would definitely stay again and suggest to others!
