This 90m² house of recent construction, located only 500m from the beach, has two double bedrooms on the upper floor (recent 2024 bedding with a 140 bed and two 90 beds) and a home office space with a sofa bed on the ground floor, thus able to accommodate up to 5 people.



The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances so that you feel at home; induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and capsule coffee machine (DOLCE GUSTO), dishwasher, toaster, kettle. The living-dining room has WI-FI access and gives access to a 30m² terrace with outdoor furniture and electric awning. A bathroom with WC upstairs and an independent WC on the ground floor complete the rental. For maximum comfort, outdoor furniture; table, chairs, outdoor lounge, sunbeds, and plancha will allow you to enjoy the terrace or the enclosed patio sheltered from view. You can park one vehicle on the property and another in the private garage attached to the house.

The rental is located 500 m from "La plage de la Joselière" and a pedestrian path leads you directly to "the coastal path of the Customs Officers" and to beaches and coves.
