Welcome to "Entre Golf et Mer", a comfortable and recently renovated apartment, ideally located in a quiet environment, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the marina and the historic center of Pornic with its old fishing port and castle.
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the apartment has a private parking space within the residence.
You also benefit from free access to the residence's outdoor swimming pool (unheated), open from mid-June to mid-September.

The apartment consists of a living room (convertible 140x200) with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200), bathroom, separate toilet, a south/west facing terrace with garden furniture and pantry with washing machine, drying rack, free wifi, parking in the property.

Bed linen (160 x 200 bedding with a thickness of 22cm) and towels are not provided but remain available for rent. (ask me)
The heating package is included in the price during the winter period.

🚍 A free shuttle bus serves the old town, the old port and, in summer, several beaches in the area.
🚆 If you arrive by train, the free shuttle can drop you off near the accommodation.

It is strictly forbidden to carry out any commercial activity, licit or illegal, in the apartment, under penalty of being reported to the authorities, Police, Gendarmerie.
