«When we were assigned a room, we discovered a leak from the toilet. We reported it to the staff and were quickly assigned a new room. We later discovered that the rooms had not been properly cleaned and there were spider webs and spider eggs under the beds, under the cabinets and bedside tables. We reported it again and were again met with very good service. The staff cleaned the rooms again and we were also compensated with a bottle of good wine for the meal. Too bad they don't clean the rooms ...

«The hotel is located in a beautiful hill overseeing the Tuscany region. It has a chic but relaxed atmosphere. The rooms look italian classic and are comfortable. The restaurant serves great Tuscany food and other italian classics. There are several swimming pools, a great spa and there is a village just near buy. We got a room at the corner on second floor, which was lovely because we had the views of the village and of the swimming pools. I highly recommend this hotel as a romantic getaway.»

«Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. »

The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! »

«The property is an amazing place, from the grounds to the inside of each room. The insides were wonderful and spacious, with a full kitchen. You had the option of having breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a hidden gym located outside the Pienza area.»

«Ho scelto l'albergo essendo vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada, per spezzare un lungo viaggio. Le recensioni degli altri, lette nel dovuto modo, sono state utili per la scelta. L'albergo è facilissimo da raggiungere. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è spaziosa, con ampia vista, pulita, in ordine, con impianto TV e condizionatore funzionanti. Bagno ampio, pulito, funzionante. Abbiamo utilizzato anche il ristorante annesso. Cena ottima, squisita, cucinata bene, ...
