15 minutes from Vulcania, large family house with garden, Gîte Côté Jardin

Large family house, close to the village center and shops, in a preserved nature at the edge of the Parc des volcans d'Auvergne, 15 minutes from Vulcania and its large fenced garden overlooking the Dauphin castle, historic monument of the fifteenth century.
Near major highways. 15 minutes from the Puys (Dômes, Pariou,...), Vulcania and Lemptégy.
3 bedrooms (sleeps 5: 1 double bed, 3 single beds), a bathroom upstairs, two toilets, living room, kitchen, terrace with bbq and garden furniture. Possibility of a fourth bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, and shower.

On the ground floor, a kitchen with dining area, with access to a terrace in the fenced garden and a living room with TV (internet box with wifi).
Upstairs, a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and towel warmer, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), another room with two beds (90x190) and a third bedroom (1 bed of 90x190). Baby equipment available (cot, high chair and bath).

On the holiday program: family meals on the terrace, rest and relaxation in the garden with trees and walls, hiking, cycling, fishing and swimming: the gorges of the Sioule at the foot of the village, the water of Anschald 5 minutes by car, and Montfermy with its waterfall 4 km. Tourist attractions 15 minutes maximum (Vulcania, Puy de Lemptégy, castle Dauphin visible from the garden...). The chain of volcanoes, its natural park and its many trails are 15-20 minutes. The cottage is 3 km from the A89 motorway exit.
