Living spaces
Spread across three levels, the home offers gathering spaces designed to keep the ocean close. The main living area opens to a wide balcony with sweeping water views, and comfortable seating along with an HDTV make it a natural place to unwind. A bonus room with a dedicated workspace provides a calmer spot for reading or focused tasks, supported by Wifi throughout.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen features full-size appliances and ample counter space for preparing shared meals. A breakfast bar and two dining tables keep everyone connected, while the open layout maintains views of the water as you cook or dine. Barbecue utensils are available for use with the grill, offering another option for meals together.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests across the upper and lower levels. On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open to the balcony. The primary suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and share a hallway bath.
On the ground floor, you will find another king bedroom and a large bunk room. The bunk room includes two full-over-twin bunk beds with pull-out trundles, a small wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and games - all within the same room. This level also includes a full bathroom with a door leading directly to the back deck, offering convenient outside access when returning from the beach.

Outdoor living
Multiple balconies and a newly built beachfront deck provide places to settle into the coastal atmosphere. A private path leads directly to the sand, and beach essentials are provided for time outside.

Amenities and conveniences
Washer, dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, and self check-in via keypad support a comfortable stay. The home also includes a private entrance, free driveway parking for up to three vehicles, and standard home safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
