Ideal for up to 7 guests, these two adjoining, interconnecting first-floor apartments, Monte 1 and Monte 2, are perfect for families or groups wanting separate spaces.



Monte 1 (55 m²): double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and second bathroom; sleeps 4. Monte 2 (40 m²): bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and dining area with sofa bed; sleeps 3.



Depending on guest numbers: up to 4 guests, Monte 1; up to 3 guests, Monte 2; larger groups, both units.

The apartments are set inside a restored 13th-century tower, surrounded by the estate’s vineyards and olive groves. Among cypress trees and vines, a panoramic pool overlooks the valley—perfect for relaxing moments. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30.



Basciano is an authentic place where history and nature meet, ideal for those seeking tranquility while exploring the area. Nearby, you can enjoy trekking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.



Florence is just 25 km away and easily reached, as are Siena, Arezzo, and Pistoia. The nearby village of Rufina offers all essential services, while Pontassieve, a few kilometers away, provides a wider range.
