Been at countless hotels, but never experienced beds as uncomfortable as these. And what about fixing the pool towel situation? A 10€ cash(!h deposit for a tiny towel is a poor solution.

Great up to date room with all of the amenities. Hotel staff were amazing making sure we had everything we needed. Easy walk to the waterfront, fabulous restaurants and shopping. Parking was just out the front door.

It was a nice comfortable hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. I wish there was a refrigerator in the room. The interior furnishings were fresh and modern, but the outside could be maintained better. Being so close to the water probably has challenges with salt air, but paint and power wash might make it look better on the outside.

Great location close to markets, restaurants, the train station. Many sites are within walking distance. January is a good time to visit as there are less crowds and the weather has been perfect for us being from Fairbanks Alaska.

The hotel it's clean and tidy, room of a good size but lack the simple coffee and tea facilities which I believe it's a must. Staff are friendly but slow in my opinion, check out was simply give back the key card but they keep u waiting in a queue for no reason.

Hotel in Flughafennähe, zentral zur Ortsmitte. Für kurze Aufenthalte ideal. Das Hotel sollte dringend renoviert werden. Von außen sieht es schäbig aus. Der Speisesaal wirkt nicht einladend. Die Zimmer haben auch schon eine etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung, jedoch wird alles sauber gehalten. Das Speisenangebot war OK, eher wenig Auswahl. Fischgerichte teilweise sehr salzig, wohingegen anderes sehr nüchtern geschmeckt hat. Busverkehr in unmittelbarer Nähe gut erreichbar. Allerdings ist es nicht einfach, die Fahrpläne und genauen Haltestellen zu identifizieren, da so gut wie nichts ausgewiesen ist. Per Internetrecherche jedoch machbar.

Great place if you like super firm mattresses
Nice location in town, close to the airport. Great service, and nice facilities with a restaurant and bar. I know that this is common in the Azores, but the beds were as hard as a rock. Really frustrating to stay in a nice little place like this and not be able to sleep on the bed. If that’s not an issue for you, you’ll love this place.

Decent hotel near Ponta Delgada
Decent hotel. Close to downtown Ponta Delgada. Not too far from airport. No complaints about the hotel itself or the staff. The one issue I had is that I had requested early check-in ahead of time since my flight landed very early. There was no response. I asked at the hotel when we got there and this was the first they had heard of it. We ended up having to wait many hours until we could check in. While I understand this happens, it would have been nice to know ahead of time if this would happen, so we could make other arrangements.

Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen weiter weg von der Altstadt. Man läuft ca. 15min ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gewählt, da wir einen frühen Flug hatten. Transfer hat super geklappt haben wir jedoch selber organisiert und nicht via Hotel. Würde aber sicher auch einwandfrei klappen

Hôtel près du centre ville 5 minutes Le personnels très accueillant et vous réponde à vos demande et vous aide même à organiser vos journée C est un 3* qui vaut un 4* Le petit déjeuner juste en choix boisson chaude Croissant dés fromage des œufs et Bécon 3 différents fruits ect Mais je le recommande vivement

I made a resevation with breakfast included. Once we got there, we were advised that breakfast wasn't included... I saw them my reservation with hotels. com. Unfortunately, we could't enjoy. They advise me to contact you.
