«We arrived at the hotel but decided not to stay. We were hoping for an intimate/up market/select stay to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Expedia (and the hotel) were helpful in allowing us to cancel the booking with full refund. Thank you. Please note that the hotel and restaurants can be very busy - this was off-season but the hotel was packed with Conference guests ⊠we were told they stay 6 guests to an apartment. This is not high end although has facilities to cater for large numbers ...

«Very nice stay. The staff is so great and very service-minded. The hotel is spectacular with a very good vibe. Breakfast is very good and the bed is very comfy.
As the hotel is open all year around, they should have a heated pool and also more heat in the room/bathroom as it is rated a five star hotel and the temperature can be quite cold in Florianopolis.
Overall, one of the best hotels we have visited in Brasil! »
