The ground floor features a spacious living and sleeping area equipped with 1 double sofabed and an open-hearth fireplace, which serves a purely decorative purpose, along with a dining table. This room opens directly onto the terrace. Also on the ground floor, 2 separate bedrooms are each configured with 2 beds, and both rooms also provide direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space. A shower room with 2 separate WCs and a double hand-basin completes the ground floor bathroom facilities. On the upper floor, a large bedroom with a dedicated dressing room features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and opens onto a private balcony. The upper floor also includes a bathroom with both a bath and shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.
