Welcome to our cozy North Idaho getaway! Please help us keep the home beautiful and enjoyable for everyone by following these simple house rules:
General Rules
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
No smoking of any kind inside the home, garage, or near open doors and windows.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, and incense.
Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine and may lead to additional cleaning or damage fees.
No parties or events allowed without prior approval.
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Kitchen & Butcher Block Care
Please use cutting boards—do not cut directly on the butcher block counters.
Wipe spills immediately to prevent stains or water damage.
No hot pots or pans directly on the wood; use trivets or pads.
Hot Tub Rules
Use the hot tub at your own risk.
No glass near or in the tub—plastic cups only.
Shower or rinse before use to keep water clean.
Replace the cover securely after each use.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision.
Please do not adjust the hot tub temperature settings.
Tesla EV Charging Station
The charger is for electric vehicles only.
Please do not leave vehicles plugged in after charging is complete.
Guests assume responsibility for any damage or misuse of the charging equipment.
Pet Policy
🐾 Pets are welcome only if the pet fee has been paid in advance.
Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of the stay.
Pets are not allowed on any furniture, beds, or linens.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside.
Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Please leave the home tidy—wash dishes, dispose of trash, and return items to their places.
Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can fix them promptly.
Safety & Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
No open flames inside the house (candles, incense, etc.).
Use caution with the fire pit (if applicable)—never leave it unattended.
Respect the Neighborhood
This is a quiet area—please be respectful of our neighbors.
Parking is limited to the driveway (no street parking overnight).
