«We really enjoyed every day of our 16 day stay in the Whaler Resort. The studio condo was nicely remodeled and tastefully decorated. It was comfortable and generously equipped with home and kitchen necessities. The Whaler's staff was professional and helpful. The only maintenance problem we had was accidental (the bed frame was left unlocked at one of the corners, which made the bed squeaky) and it was swiftly diagnosed and repaired by dexterous Casey from the maintenance department. «Loved the place! Super easy to check in. Valet parking was free, I wished I knew that earlier since it's limited parking. The place is easy to get to, the beach is a beautiful spot with a full restaurant/bar right there. It's a really nice place with AC, great amenities, and the view of the flora was nice. "The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on benefits simply because the staff failed to provide basic information. The property deserves much better service at the front desk."
