Cozy studio for couples - two steps from the sea

Our property is a summer "VACATION HOUSE" and provides three private accommodations: One cozy apartment and two self catering studios. All three provide a full equiped kitchen, fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, kettler, private bathroom with hot water all day long, dg tv, free Wi-Fi, air condition, ceilling fan, hair dryer and direct access to a private spacious balcony-veranda with a wonderfull view to the garden and the total green pine forest.
The accomodation "Cozy studio for couples" is a self catering studio with a comfortable doublebed , a full equiped kitchenette, fridge, coffee machine, kettler, private bathroom, dg tv, free Wi-Fi, air condition, ceiling fan, hair dryer.
It is excellent for couples who prefer to have breakfast and lunch at home. Studio has a private veranda with a wonderfull totalgreen pineforest view.
If you have a car, free parking is available into our fenced private ground.
Property is perfectly located in a convinient quiet area. Just 200 meters from the center of the village of Metamorfosi, where you can find supermarkets, bakeries, cafe-bars, shops with greek souvenirs, and traditional restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, seafood and greek traditional dishes.
At a walking distance there is a safety playground and a Fun Park for the children. You can reach the unending sandy beach by two minutes walking, only 80 meters, and you will enjoy your swimming in the crystal clear seawater. Our beach has received the European Blue Flag trophy repeatedly during the last years.
Nearby there is a beach bar where you can enjoy your sunbath drinking icecoffee, coctailLocal bus stop is located 300 meters from the property and buses travel all day arround the Peninsula of Sithonia, the most green full of nature peninsula of Chalkidiki.
However, if you have a car, it would be easier for you to organise day excursions and reach over a hundred spotless amazing beaches.
Driving just some distance away, some of them offer the possibility to be absolutelly isolated.s and refreshments.
