Located in the beautiful area of La Font, between the town of Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, this beautiful and rustic stone house is ideal for a family vacation. From the main entrance we arrive at a cozy and very characteristic dining room, tastefully decorated with old farming tools that take one back to past times of life in the Mallorcan countryside. These antique touches marry perfectly with others typical of modern life, such as the comfortable sofas, the solid glass dining room table with capacity for 6 people, the flat screen TV with satellite connection and the DVD.On the other side of the entrance is the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave and other necessary utensils in a holiday home of this category. A stone arch gives us access to a corridor where there are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, and a complete bathroom with bathtub and shower. On the upper floor there is the main bedroom (with a double bed with a complete bathroom en suite). Next to this room there is a loft with comfortable armchairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units (which, following energy saving and efficiency initiatives, can only be used from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - these hours cannot be extended nor change).The huge 50 m2 pool, with Roman-style steps, is surrounded by pretty gardens and native plants. The exterior of the house is completed by beautiful terrace areas, both covered and uncovered, ideal for enjoying the warm nights of the Mallorcan summer. € 2.00 + VAT (10%) per night and person.
1) 75% discount on the full tax rate for stays made in low season (between November 1 and April 30).
2) Discount of 50% on the full tax rate (or, where appropriate, reduced by the application of the previous discount) corresponding to the ninth and subsequent days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment longer than eight days .
3) Children up to 15 years are exempt.
RENTHOUSING is available to guests 24 hours a day.
