TD Casa Kairos Cozy Smart Apartment in the Center

Casa Kairos is a cozy studio in Polignano a Mare, a few steps from the historic center. The tuff barrel vaults and the authentic stone floor preserve its Apulian character, creating a warm and suggestive atmosphere.
Located on the street level, the house can accommodate up to four people and is divided into a single bright environment, which includes the kitchen area, the dining table with chairs, the double bed and a double sofa bed. The two sleeping quarters are located in the same space and are not separated by an independent room, but by curtains.
The kitchen is well equipped and has an induction cooktop. Finally, the separate bathroom has a comfortable shower with crystal box.
The location allows you to discover Polignano a Mare on foot: walking through the alleys of the historic center you reach panoramic terraces overlooking the sea, shops and restaurants where you can savor local cuisine. Lama Monachile Beach is about 6—7 minutes' walk away, and the train station is about a 10-minute walk away.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .
The apartment does not have private parking. It is possible to park in neighboring streets (white stripes for free parking and blue for paid ones ).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
