The house consists of a single apartment spread over two floors (first floor and first floor). The first floor features a living room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed if needed, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and dishes, and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is on the first floor, along with a second bathroom—also with a shower—and a veranda offering a stunning view of the sea. <br>Across from the house, beyond the dry-stone wall, there is a large, free, unpaved municipal parking lot. The veranda is furnished with armchairs and a low coffee table.
