«It is in a beautiful location but remote which requires a shuttle to get into town. That requires a one hour notice which can be quite constricting. You will be doing lots of walking to get to the shuttle spot. The rooms are very poorly lit and have no usb connections so you do need to remember to bring a plug. There is no elevator which means you carry your bags up the stairs.»

«This hotel was amazing! It is located in a quiet area with views of the mountains but is within walking distance to everything including the downtown area. Great hiking trails nearby. The room was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have laundry facilities in the room as well. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.»

«We had an amazing 2-night stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Banff and the main lakes. «It's a last minute booking in middle of July for Banff so it was a bit pricey. The room we got was really comfortable and roomy. The bathroom looks newly updated. There were 2 new and big TV screens. The best part was having a private hot tub to enjoy in our patio complete with patio dining table set and lounge seat. «Great property for families with children who enjoy a pool and waterslide. Temperature in the pool was comfortable for children to enjoy and hottub to warm up in after. Staff was extremely helpful and guided us to some beautiful bike rides. Building is dated but clean. Breakfast buffet included which is helpful with kids also.»
