«Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. «The hotel is lovely and conveniently located. The staff were all very friendly. My only complaint is that housekeeping never came and tidied our room or brought fresh towels after the first night we were there. We left around 10:30 AM to go see family and got back late and our room hadn’t been touched. We also never had shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. Otherwise, a very cozy stay.»

«It was an ok stay. We booked online via hotels.com. Didn't get the type of room we booked because it was sold out, and the receptionist didn't have time to Call us in advance.One of us had to stay in the sofa bed. The service in the reception was under mediocre.Room was a good size. Found hair on bathroom floor.»

«I stayed here this past Saturday night, and unfortunately, the experience was very inconvenient. I had to be moved to three different rooms by staff because of multiple issues — one room had no air conditioning, another had no working TV, and the last one I ended up in had no hot water. The exterior of the property was also in poor condition, with construction going on, grass torn up, and nails scattered across the parking lot.
