Got kiddos? This toddler-approved, parent-loved home is your go-to family rental; pool, floats, swim diapers, toys, books, beach gear, stroller, sound machines, and even snacks! Just arrive and make the best memories.

Close to the beach, quiet area, and zero parking headaches. This is not an investor property! We live here during the school year, so our home is clean, cozy, and full of love.

We have 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms-

Fenced in yard with a large heated pool. Roku TV and grill are available.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Large movie theater sized living room with a brand new 82" Samsung TV
(1) bedroom with a pull-out two twin beds (not pictured) and a full bathroom attached. Laundry room, pantry, large closet, and a half bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with the basic essentials.

Pack and play, bed railing and booster chair are available.

Plenty of space for parking: Garage, driveway and street (in front of our house only)

Home is near railroad tracks and train occasionally passes the home.
Guest access
Access your professionally cleaned, sanitized home with our keyless locks that ensure 100% contactless check-in. All properties have on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms and exterior motion sensors or cameras. While you will be the only guests during your stay, you may see our maintenance team at the property taking care of items such as landscaping and pool crew.

Guests have full access to our home, driveway, and garage except dedicated owner's closets in master's bedroom for storage.

We hope to make your stay here as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. If there is anything that you may need during your stay, please feel free to reach out and ask! We live right around the corner and always ready to help!

4 backpack beach chairs, 2 regular beach chairs, 1 umbrella, beach wagon, and beach toys are available.

Double bike, 3 adult beach cruisers, helmets, and bike locks are available for our guests.

Kids friendly activities: Scooters, beach boogie boards, Infant pool float, two puddle jumpers, toddler kitchen, toddler tricycle, and more. (We have plenty of toddler entertainment, please ask.)

Our home is approved by the town to host 8 Guests MAX (including adults and kids) please NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OVER DURING YOUR STAY.

ENTER THE POOL AND SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. BY ENTERING THE POOL AND POOL AREA, YOU TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION AND ANY SURFACE THAT YOU TOUCH IN THE POOL AREA.

Please SUPERVISE your children when in or around the pool area! There is NO pool fence or lifeguard on duty! Young children must always be monitored by an adult.
Toddlers must wear swim diapers while in pool.
Please cover the outdoor TV if it rains and after every use.

Non smoking home, no pets permitted. We strive to keep this a family and allergy friendly environment.

If the 82' TV needs to be pulled out and turned, this must be operated with 2 people. One on each side. SLOWLY AND GENTLY!

Please remove trash and clean out refrigerator upon check-out. Trash needs to be placed in a receptacle and moved curbside for trash or recycling pick up. Trash and recycling are located on the side of the house.

Please place dishes in dishwasher and start the wash prior to check-out.

No paints, markers or crayons unsupervised.

Again, please be mindful and respectful of the space and treat it as if it were your own. Absolutely no parties or loud music. This is our family home during the school year and a family oriented neighborhood

Always exceptional

This is our second year in a row staying at this property and it does not disappoint. The home is absolutely spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you could possibly need to entertain your family. The location is perfect, close to the boardwalk and beach and comes with all the required beach supplies. The special touches that are included are so thoughtful and truly above and beyond what most hosts do. Looking forward to more years staying here!

Great Family Home

This home is perfect for kids and the owner provided us with plenty of toys, beach toys, beach chairs, wagon, and more. Great hosts that provided us with everything we needed to make a memorable family vacation. Pool was an added bonus and just a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. Don't hesitate to rent this home.

Point Pleasant Family Vaca!!!

The house and its amenities were perfect, reflecting a lot of thoughtfulness from the hosts regarding what families might need during their stay. Keith and Janet were great, providing very responsive and fast turnaround responses to our inquiries. The neighborhood is super quiet, and the commuter train wasn't disruptive at all—in fact, the kids loved it. The location is convenient, being pretty close to the downtown area and restaurants of Point Pleasant, as well as just a 15-20 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. We will definitely be looking to rebook for next year!

Perfect accommodations!

Everything was perfect for our family vacation. The location was far enough from the beach that we didn’t hear the boardwalk noise, but yet close enough to walk there. On days we needed a break from the beach we had the pool which our children loved! There are so many restaurants in walking distance. The house itself easily accommodated our family. The backyard set up is so inviting, and we spent most of our time outside. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils, so we could cook some meals there. My children spent hours in the garage just from the toys that were made available to them, and the front yard is nicely shaded and on a quiet street that our children could play in the front yard as well. This wasn’t our first time staying here and certainly won’t be our last!

Perfect house; Perfect location

As veteran VRBO-ers, we cannot say enough about this property and the hosts. The location is perfect - 0.8 miles from the beach and with the option of a private swimming pool. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Keith and Janet were extremely responsive. We will definitely be back. Cannot recommend enough.

Week Stay Vacation

My family and I wanted a relaxing, fun trip together in Point Pleasant. After looking through multiple options, we knew this home was the one!! The family we rented from were extremely sweet and their home was beautiful. It was spacious to fit my family and the pool was amazing. We laid outside, swam, bbq, and we’re able to have the perfect week together. The house was extremely clean and had everything we could have needed. We will definitely be booking with them again!!!

This was our second time staying at this property. The location is great: a short walk to all the restaurants, and a 15 min walk to the beach/boardwalk. The property is clean and well-maintained. Janet and Keith are well accommodating and make the extra effort to make your stay special. We truly enjoyed making our family vacation memories here.

Nice Getaway Spot

Everything you could possibly need was made available and the hosts were very responsive to any of our questions. House is very organized and well maintained. Having the pool was a great benefit. Quiet neighborhood and a just a short car ride to everything Point Pleasant offers. Would definitely stay again.

Point Pleasant 2023

Stayed for the week of July 4th with my family. We all enjoyed the pool but the kids would have liked the beach to be within walking distance. My wife and I had no problem with the location of the home except for the train ( which runs in front of the house). I must say that everyday that went by I noticed the train less. Overall we had a very good time.

Great house, esp for little ones

The house was very clean, and so well equipped for little ones (toys, scooters, games, high chair, baby bath tub, bottle warmer, so much more). Everything was so well organized. The kitchen had all of the tools you keep at your house. The pool was really great. Nice deck. The house was a short walk to the boardwalk (~10-15 min). Quiet street (not a lot of car traffic), but there is a train in front of the house (you get used to the train going by pretty quickly).

Great Point Pleasant Beach Vacation Home!!!

Our stay at this home was fantastic. The house was incredibly clean, it was a beautiful home and was able to accommodate our family very comfortably. The pool and backyard were fantastic and the location was only blocks away from Jenks pavilion and Arnold Ave. The owner's had great communication and you can tell they really put a lot of love and care into the home. Only thing to note is that there was no live tv, so that may or may not be an issue for you. They did provide things like Netflix, Hulu, etc. so there were things to watch. Only other thing that could potentially be a deal breaker for some is that the beds were very firm, so just note that if you do not like a firm mattress. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would and almost definitely will go back here again.

Family stay at Point Pleasant

We had a wonderful week staying at this Point Pleasant Beach home. The home was very clean and well-stocked. Keith and Janet were communicative about the check-in process and checking in regularly. They were terrific hosts. The pool was wonderful for the kids. You do need to bring your own linens, towels, and blankets. I would recommend this home for families!

Fabulous rental!

This was the perfect house/location for our family. The owners were incredibly responsive, the house was very clean, and the outdoor space was perfect. The owners offered kitchen essentials for the indoor kitchen and outdoor grill. There was plenty of seating for lounging and dining inside and outside. It was a short walk to the beach (even with kids and hauling kids’ beach stuff) and remote enough from the boardwalk that we had quiet days/nights to enjoy the pool. Cleanliness and location are my top two priorities and this house checked all boxes. We would definitely stay here again!
