«I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so ...

« We Always stay at Bransons best hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful in getting us show tickets. Room was clean and well stocked with towels. Small breakfast buffet every morning and my husband loved the cobbler, cookies and ice cream every night. Close to shows and places to eat »

«The bed was REALLY comfortable. Room was cleaned by a toddler i think. Outdated for sure. Some weird old soap dispenser on shower that was not in use. - just replace the shower already. Yuck. BUT. I would stay again for the price to save money for attractions. Didn’t try breakfast. It was a small room and always packed. »
