ABOUT PROPERTY
A serene location and lovely getaway at Bellarine Peninsula - suitable for families, couples, and singles. Lovely beaches, lighthouse, cafes, tennis courts, golf club, and views of Bass Strait and Port Phillip Bay, all within close walking distance.
There is plenty of room at the property, accommodating up to 10 people. 2 separate living areas and outdoor entertaining area’s give you space to relax. The large open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and a lovely outdoor deck and dining table and gas BBQ provides for the perfect family escape.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES - EV CHARGING
Electrical Vehicle (EV) charging is available for guests with our Wallbox Pulsar Max EV charger - Type 2 connector. Simply download the myWallbox app, set up your account with payment details, and you're ready to charge. Enjoy easy, on-the-go charging for your stay!
LIVING AREAS
2 open living areas. Kitchen/Living with table seating 8-10, and separate Dining Area with table seating 6, TV’s in both area’s and doors opening onto courtyard and outdoor area’s.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped. Fridge freezer, 1x Oven/Cooktop/Gas Stove/Dishwasher, microwave and pantry. Front courtyard has BBQ for outdoor cooking.
BEDROOMS
There are 3 separate and private bedrooms, sleeping up to a total of 10 people.
Bedroom 1 - queen bed and walk-in ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 - double bed plus 2x single beds (bunk bed)
Bedroom 3 - 4x single beds (2x bunk beds)
LINEN
We provide the following for your comfort and convenience:
Beds - Soft bed sheets, pillows, and cozy doonas to ensure a restful night's sleep during your stay.
Bath Towels - 1x bath towel for each guest
Beach Towels - Excluded. Remember to take your own beach towels. Please do not use bath towels as beach towels.
BATHROOMS
2 bathrooms, including 2 showers and 1 bath.
LAUNDRY
Laundry with washing machine, electric dryer, clothes horse and outdoor washing line.
LINEN & ESSENTIALS (bath towel, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper)
Basic essentials are provided and we kindly ask guests to top up as needed.
SURFBOARDS, DIVING & BEACH EQUIPMENT
Equipment is not supplied for guest use, although guests are welcome to take and use own surfboards, snorkels or diving gear.

There is a rear yard and garden with an outdoor setting and decking area for entertaining family and guests.

Off street parking available for 4 vehicles.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The public bus stop is 250m away - in front of Point Lonsdale Surf Club and Tennis Courts. Public bus runs to Queenscliff, Geelong and connects to Melbourne.

LOCAL AMENITIES
Point Lonsdale is enviably located at the entrance to Port Phillip Bay. The sky is dominated by the lighthouse, the sands below are popular beaches for sandcastles, rockpooling and, at the back beach, surfing. The main street with its shopping and cafe strip is right opposite the beach, perfect for families, couples and travellers, to enjoy beautiful beaches, views, golf and tennis, alfresco dining with a sea breeze.
