«The hotel is nice, clean and has large rooms. The location is good if you are going to take the ferry from Edmonds to Kingston, but is otherwise not the best. You can hear the trains going by, and in addition the air condition is quite noisy (and if you turn off your own you can still hear the one belonging to the neighbour-room). We arrived by train, and it was not so easy to find the entrance of the hotel.»

«Although this place doesn't look like much, I found the accommodations to be exactly as expected. The property we stayed in was in good condition and was quite clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette was sufficient enough for me to cook some of our meals while there. «Their usage of Real estate lock boxes on every door in the property was very annoying. Each time someone would open/shut their door it caused a loud thud. The coffee machine was not cleaned out and had something growing in it. There was no air conditioning which was not well advertised IMO and the fan was loud. It said property has a Mountain View, that’s just incorrect. Nothing but trees. »

«The location and home was great. Saw deer and herons on the property. No mosquitoey was fantastic. Only thing that was a concern was some of the carpets were stained or dirty. I appreciated all the little amenities, and the easy check out. Edmond is a great spot to stay in Seattle; there is an Amtrak station there and the ferry to Kingston, was well as several great cafes. The instructions for access are a bit confusing, but the owner is quick to respond to questions.»
