Please be advised that Arrowhead lakes community is a gated community and additional community fees are required by and all guests over 6 yrs of age must be registered three days prior to arrival. *This is not based on Amenities, this is mandatory temporary membership and non-refundable. The Temporary Membership Fee gives you access to the community and all common areas of the community. * Guest that are not registered or not registered on time up to 3 days prior arrival will be denied access to the community.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:

- 2 Lakes that have 4 beaches,
- 3 heated seasonal swimming pools,
- Community center w/ gym, pool tables room, events
- Game room w/ ping pong tables,
- Rental shack for Canoes, Bikes, Paddleboards and fishing gear

Community Fees due at check-in:
*** Temporary Membership: ( Wristbands required and provided at community Welcome center when you check-in )
- $6 per person per day (kids under 6yo- free)

*** Gate cards : Entry gate card (1 per vehicle )will be provided at community Welcome Center upon check-in.
- $20 per vehicle fee

*** Transaction Fee: $35

* Registration must be finalized up to 3 days prior check-in. If not guest will need to cancel the booking and no refunds will be issued.

Owners are not responsible for community amenities closures due to acts of God, repairs, maintenance, etc.
