Lake Escape House for your pleasure!

This house is located in the Arrowhead Lake Community Association in Pocono Lake featuring amenities such as beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts (seasonal) as well as a lodge, lakes, library, event center, gym and more. Everything is a few minutes away.

Enjoy fall foliage, winter activities, hiking, trails and much more! This is a gated community that adheres to the safety and privacy of its guests.
Beaches are open daily. Pools are open from until Memorial Day to Labor Day.

For short term rentals (30 days or less), there are fees for the association that are not based on available amenities or usage of amenities, IE, year round.

They are as follows:

Temporary Membership:
1) In Season (May 24th to September 2nd): $8.50 per day/night per person, ages 6 and up
2) Off Season (September 3rd to May 23rd): $2 per day/night per person, ages 6 and up

Vehicle Gate/Access Card: $20 per vehicle

Administration fee: $20 per rental registration

All fees must be paid at least 3 days prior to check in or incur a $100 penalty. Registrations less than 24 hours prior to arrival are not accepted.

Arrowhead Lake Community Association is located 30 minutes or less from all major attractions including Mount Airy Casino, Kalahari Water Park, Camelback Mountain, Pocono Premium Outlets, Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski resorts, and much more.

This house comfortably sleeps 10-12 people and totals 2149 ft.². It features five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, spare/bonus room for sleeping, as well as a sun room with front and back decks. It is fully furnished with all kitchenware as well as cookware.

There are 2 queen beds, 2 full size beds, 2 bunk beds (four twin beds) as well as a king bed and futon pullout in the master bedroom on the 1st floor. There is one set of linens per bed/sleeping area that is provided on the mattress when you check in. The beds may need to be bedded depending on turnover of guests.

There are three Samsung smart TV's in the living room (50"), Game Room (50") and master bedroom (43").

The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishware, bakeware, and cookware, including stand and hand mixers, crockpot, air fryer, panini press, waffle maker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cutting boards, rolling pin, tea sets, and much more!

All bedrooms also have a ceiling fan.

There are two outdoor cameras, one facing the front entrance, and the other facing the back entrance for your safety.

During the summer months, there are two chairs and a table on the front deck. There is also a firepit in the front yard area with six chairs, as well as two lounge chairs. Firewood is not supplied, but can be bought nearby.

The house is warm and cozy for the fall and winter months.

Ideal for work from home situations with 1.2GB speed internet.

Perfect for families with kids or toddlers. There are toys in the play room and a standalone high chair in the sun room.

Guests will have access to the entire home outside of three closets that are used by the owner; the pantry in the kitchen, one master bedroom closet, and the hallway closet on the second floor. There is also no access to the basement.
