Guest Access:

Your stay at King Home grants you full access to the entire property. The garages at the end of the driveway is not for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

King Home is located in a peaceful mountain neighborhood in Pocatello, Idaho, offering a serene atmosphere while still being close to essential amenities. It is in a rural area, so you can expect to see animals and incredible views of Pebble Creek.



Other Things to Note:

You MUST have 4 wheel drive if booking in the winter. The private pool will be available starting end of April 2026! Absolutely no events allowed. No more than 16 people on the property at a time. Additional fee of $25 per person staying overnight per night over 12. Evidence of events will result in additional charges of unauthorized additional guests, cleaning, and maintenance fees for failure to abide by rules and policies. No pets allowed.
