• Not mobility-friendly: Parking is nearby, but not directly at the home. There is a 200-ft boardwalk to the home + 15 steps up to the 1st floor; all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.

• Beach stairs may be removed from October through May due to weather, however, you'll still enjoy private beach access year-round.

• Local & state taxes are added at checkout. (14.7%)
