The property was exactly as described and spotless. I didn't feel that the yard was usable. There was a tenant living downstairs (who was very nice to us) but we felt that the yard was hers and did not want to intrude. The place was very clean, and laid out perfectly for multiple guests, as the upstairs was separate from the downstairs. This added level of privacy was an added bonus to an already wonderful place.
