Let yourself be seduced by the charm of this typical Breton stone house, located in Plurien, just a few minutes from the sandy beaches and the famous Cap Fréhel. Combining authenticity and modern comforts, this 85 m² house, completely renovated in 2024/2025, can accommodate up to 8 travellers in a peaceful and warm setting.
You'll find a lovely 40 m² living room with exposed beams, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and bath. Outside, you'll enjoy a private enclosed garden of around 250 m², ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing.

Guaranteed comfort: all bedding is new and made up on arrival, 4-star hotel-quality linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival, very high-speed wifi (fibre optics), housekeeping included.

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 2 single beds and 2 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath, WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 250 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- Bicycle shed

Typical village atmosphere: located in the heart of a charming village, the house is within walking distance of all the shops and the market on Fridays, in an authentic setting, punctuated by the chimes of the bell tower (3 times a day).

The house is ideally located in Plurien, in very pleasant surroundings, 2km from the Sables d'Or beach. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.

In the summer, the town centre comes alive on 14 July and 15 August with traditional festivals that allow you to discover local customs, including the Fest-noz, with the sound of the binious and traditional dances (which may exceptionally cause some noise in the evening on these 2 evenings, but not to be missed under any circumstances for a total immersion in Breton culture).
