Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency propose to you to rent, on the commune of Pleudihen-sur-Rance, this charming stone house of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 32 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 80 m². Sheets and towels are extra, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 32 m² living room with TV, fireplace, armchair and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, electric coffee machine and Nespresso pod coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Separate WC.
On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 3: master suite with a double bed (160×190), a TV and an en-suite shower room.

Outside :
- A beautiful 400 m² semi-enclosed garden used as a car park and a small enclosed garden at the back of 80 m² on which you will find a terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, iron.

The house is ideally located in Pleudihen-sur-Rance, in the heart of the village, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also restaurants, market...

Activities :
- Tourist sites : The magnificent town of Dinan at 12 km, the seaside towns of St Malo, Cancale and Dinard at 15 min by car, the Mont Dol at 20 min, the Mont Saint Michel at 45 minutes
- Sports activities: Various water sports (windsurfing, catamaran ...), hiking coastal path along the Rance, hiking along the GR34 along the Breton coast ...
- Events: the wheat festival in August in Pleudihen, the amazing travellers in June and the rum race in St Malo in November, the festival of the ramparts in Dinan, festival in Bobital...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the lawn of the house which can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo train station located about 24 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located about 45 minutes away by car.

Other remarks:
- The fireplace is functional.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Sheets and towels are not included.
- Entrance opposite the address.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
