Decorated and equipped in an original way, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 30 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.

- The accommodation is located along a busy road, which may cause some noise disturbance.
