You will be seduced by the location of this house completely renovated, decorated and refurbished in 2017. Ideally located at the end of the dike, in a dead end, you can enjoy both the proximity of the city (shops, restaurants, Casino , cinema, market, Thalasso located less than 1 km away) and relax thanks to the calm and gentle sound of the waves. Each room will offer you a sea view: one step, and you will have your feet in the water. Perfect whether you want to go to the beach or to take a nap, reading on one of the 2 sunny terraces or in the shade of the patio in private.

Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
On the ground floor: entrance, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (queen size), 1 dormitory with 1 single bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed, hallway (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron), 1 bathroom with shower and wc, a closed patio, outdoor shower with mixer tap, barbecue, outbuilding.
1st floor: Main room including kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony sea view, wc, terrace suspended patio.
2nd floor: family room with sea view (1 double bed queen size + 1 single bed), bathroom with bath, separate toilet.

Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels included
- The accommodation is entirely non-smoking.
- Parties are strictly forbidden.
- The beds are equipped with synthetic duvets and pillows.
- Cleaning is included in the rental price, but occupants are kindly requested to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.
