«Rodrigo and the other lady are very helpful. However i requested a to-go breakfast on my first morning but they forgot. But on the second morning, they remembered. Just a little suggestion, change the shower curtain at room 101. The water comes out and made the water leak in my room. But overall, my hotel stay is wonderful. The hotel has cozy vibes.»

«Quiet clean room. Close walk to everything!»

«Very nice hotel located very centeal. Close to the city center and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. We did many tours leaving very early in the morning before the breakfast board was open and he staff prepared oss a delicious breakfast to take with oss. The breakfast was really god with lots og variety and the staff was very caring. One thing I will suggest the eating menu for lunch and dinner did not has så many choises.»

«The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful for any needs. The “air conditioning “ was only a heater but in the winter that was fine. Summertime may be a different story. All-in-all I was very pleased and would stay there again. The location is great- so close to Plaza De Armas. Breakfast was greasy and delicious every day.»

«Friendly staff. Felt welcomed and the staff was so helpful and kind. Property is beautiful and clean!»

«Our stay at Monasterio was truly unforgettable. The hotel is beautifully located, with stunning architecture, elegant rooms, and an atmosphere unlike anywhere else. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Roger, Julio, Wellington, Rosa, and the entire team for making us feel so welcome. Your warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our stay extra special. The breakfast was outstanding, and every lunch and dinner was equally delicious. Every moment ...
