«Staff»

«I’m a regular at the property. It’s become like Cheers where everybody knows my name. As a digital nomad, this location has what I need to conduct my business online: good Internet, connection, supportive staff, and enough restaurants to grab a quick bite in between assignments.»

«Rooms were very clean and staff was exceptional. Breakfast was great and complimentary cocktails were a nice addition.»

«I had a wonderful stay at Barceló Santo Domingo! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The food was delicious, with great quality and flavor. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. What made the experience even better was the staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. ...

«Flott hotell ganske sentralt i Santo Domingo. Fint basseng i bakgården. Bør beregne taxi inn i Zona Colonial.

«Really lovely staff, very tranquil and beautiful gardens out back with plenty of area to sit and enjoy a drink or read a book. Very clean room, nice towels, well functioning air conditioning, nice hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Definitely not really quiet on the street outside though, in the very early morning.... so not great if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. Inside the hotel itself is quiet and tranquil, but you can hear noise from the street outside the room, ...

«I loved the location of the hotel; it is very well centered on the malls and tourist destinations. What I like most was the customer service of all the staff. They were very friendly and always willing to help. Made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel!»
