"The hotel was of high quality. Always clean and tidy everywhere, the food in the restaurant was also very good. What impressed us the most was the service. Fantastic service and nice people. They did several little things to ensure that we had the best possible experience, without us having asked for it or that it was something they needed to do. For example, we got a birthday present (cake and champagne), they remembered what we liked for breakfast, made changes when they saw things weren't perfect and they delivered milk to our fridge in the room because they knew we liked soya milk in our coffee. We have visited many fine hotels in several countries, but never experienced this quality of service. Thank you very much, we will come back another time!"

"Fint hotell og god service. Rommene er fine og renholdet er bra. Hyggelig personell og veldig god frokost! Ingenting å utsette på. Det er bare småting hvis man skal pirke. For min del var det litt for høye puter og dobbeltsengen var litt smal. Også litt ventetid på heisene siden det bare er tre heiser på et stort hotell. Likte spesielt at det er busstopp rett utenfor hotellet som tar deg dit du måtte ønske. Alt i alt kan jeg anbefale å bo på dette hotellet!"
