Las habitaciones son espectaculares, muy limpias, muy equipadas, una belleza, para nuestra mala suerte cuando fuimos estuvo cerrado la cocina, el gym, el bar, el spa, etc, pero es comprensible por la situación en la que nos encontramos, el rooftop también muy bonito, el único pero son las camas del rooftop, estan muy manchadas y algunas tienen quemaduras de cigarro, en todo lo demás el hotel es bellísimo.

Great stay at The Shore at 46th Hotel
I really enjoyed my recent stay at The Shore at 46th Hotel. The location was perfect, so close to the beach and away from the noise of 5th Ave but close enough to walk to everything. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Only two things that could be improved: the hot water in the shower was not constant and the bed was a bit hard for me. Everything else was great. The unit was spotless and had everything I needed. I also really appreciated the beach passes to Martina Beach which was so nice. Thank you for everything. I will be back.

They charge you for every little thing! They check every towel for stains any make up or anything and charged 10 dollars for a small stain on a towel upon check out, they basically take your deposit before you finally check out !!! Beds are hard as a rock and sheets feel like you’re sleeping in sand paper!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Also the spa isn’t even in service so basically you have a rooftop pool with and small little gym and oh no water is given at all. Nickel and dime you for anything.

Hotel novo com estacionamento próprio coberto. Quarto e cama confortáveis. Equipe do hotel simpática e atenciosa com destaque ao pessoal da recepção. Próximo a quinta avenida, mas de uma parte menos movimentada da avenida.

i arrived at 3:01 pm on february 21st. upon arrival they told me to wait. at 3:25 pm they gave me the room 109. i went upstairs and saw that it had only 1 king bed and 2 double beds. i went downstairs to complain because i reserved an apartment with 3 king size beds because we were two couples and our mother in law. at first the guy at the counter told me that NO, what i paid wasnt the price for a 3 king size bed apartment. i showed him my reservation where it said CLEARLY that there were 3 beds and he told me "oh yes we have a problem with expedia and that is wrong" i told him that that was not my problem because i paid for 3 king beds so in the end he told me that they didnt have more space for us and the only thing they could offer was to convert the sofa in a bed. HORRIBLE. then the internet of ROOM 109 for some bizarre reason never worked and we had to take internet from the routers from other rooms. when i went down again to complain now for the internet a lady with yellow ends in the hair asked me "why are you so mad" i was like really do you want to go there? very rude woman during all our stay. the first day nobody went to clean the rooms. and there was no soap. so we had to call many times to the reception i have to clarify that the rest of the staff is nice except from that lady. but the very basic hotels aspects of these place are bad. EXPEDIA do something about this 3 beds no 3 king size beds. never happened before to me

I didn’t have hot water for almost 24 hours. We booked a unit with 3 king size beds, however we only got 1 king size bed and 2 double beds! I was told they don’t have any unit with 3 king size beds.

The pros: Spacious, tasteful decor, nice appliances and kitchen utensils. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. Luis and Omar deserve special mention. But if you phone the front desk and they put you on hold, it might be forever. So hang up, and go down and talk to them in person. The hotel is near the beach, stores for groceries and produce, two convenience stores, and some restaurants. Our suite had a safe. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, unlike most places near 5th Avenue. For hot water, turn the taps clockwise. Then wait. Very patiently. The housekeeping service was acceptable, but we had to be proactive in requesting and obtaining toilet paper and some missing towels. The cons: The in-room wifi connection was sometimes good, but often unusable. It frequently disconnected, especially in the evenings. The wifi in public areas seemed better. Also, the gym was fairly well equipped, but it is closed from around 10 pm to 9 am. They open the roof-top lounge at 7:30 am, so why not open the adjacent gym too? Regarding the roof-top lounge, the music was always too loud, so we avoided the lounge altogether. Quiet background music is what they need. Also, the hotel has no laundry machines. The stairways are not all well-lit, and there are no handrails. Beside each stairway are glass panels that have some sharply angled corners. I cut my hand on one, so avoid touching them. Except for the unreliable wifi, most of the issues are minor, and I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel - Terrible Wifi
Positives: Our housekeeper Gabby was incredible & honestly made our stay at The Shore at 46th Hotel bearable. We left her a very nice tip as she is the only person at the property who seemed to be able to fix any of our issues. The room was very clean & modern just like in the photos. The pool is beautiful & has a nice view. The 2 bartenders/servers at the rooftop pool bar were very professional & provided attentive service. Negatives: The front desk was useless. The wifi in our room did not work our entire trip & cellular service/data couldn't reach our interior courtyard room on the 1st floor. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights & made the front desk aware of our wifi outage multiple times per day. Each day they told us that "maintenance would come to the room." Maintenance only came to the room once that we saw & they wedged a wifi router in between 2 pieces of bamboo outside (exposed to the elements) on our patio. Even this did not fix our issue. I understand that some people go on vacation to "escape & get away from the world" but that is not possible for us as small business owners. We have to be able to check in on our businesses daily while we enjoy vacation. This hotel should not advertise free wifi when it is not obtainable in EVERY room. I would have rather the hotel invested in infrastructure for the wifi & charged us $5 per night to use it & it ACTUALLY WORED. Cocktails at the rooftop pool bar start at $8USD. The food is average & overpriced.

It was a good experience.
It was a very nice hotel/residence. It is more of an airbnb. It is quiet and relaxing. A couple of minutes away from a beach club. And you can start walking 5ta avenida in 5 minutes. the room was cleaned everyday. The room had 2 bedrooms both with king beds. And 2 living rooms with sofas. A/C worked great. Counted with fridge, stove, dishwasher... really good stay for the price.

The hotel is very close to 5th Avenue and local dining spots. Never used the kitchen but was nice to have if you’re staying a long period of time. Housekeeping was non existent which is very disappointing especially when there is no extra toilet paper in the room. Room was only cleaned once in the three nights I was there. Had to ask the front desk at 2pm to get the room cleaned on my last night. Food was good and priced fair. Bar drinks were good but somewhat priced higher than what I felt I got. Would stay again but would buy alcohol from the liquor store around the corner.

The worse "hotel" experience I've ever had. lets start with the water in the room. we didn't have water pressure in the room, so we couldn't flush, wash hands or take a shower. when we complained, they said they can't help as the hotel is full but we can use the showers at the gym. the sheets were dirty and the towels. wifi was literally like internet used to be in 1994. I wouldn't recommend. do yourself a favor and go elswhere.

El lugar muy bonito , los apartamentos espaciosos. Sin embargo reportamos un issue del baño que cada vez que se baña aguien , se forma una piscina en el baño, al parecer es algo en particular de la habitacion, eso es un peligro pq es un defecto q el agua sale por la pared, si alguien se cae se puede hasta matar.

La verdad que deja mucho que desear este hotel puede estar muy bonito pero que no hagan la limpieza en el cuarto deja mucho que desear , si ustedes quieren hospedarse en este hotel, compren sus cosas básicas de aseo ( Shampoo , Jabón , toallas , papel sanitario ) , porque pides en recepción y hasta se molestan que les reclames que en varios días no hagan la limpieza. Hasta uno anda recogiendo las bolsas de basura, mejor cuando hagan el check in que incluyan un bote con escoba y trapeador para que el mismo cliente haga la limpieza.

The property is overall very nice. Reception was nice and accommodating. Seems like they were understaffed for cleaners while we were there as we heard people complaining at the front desk. Check in was supposed to be 4 pm but when we arrived at 6 pm neither of the rooms we'd booked were ready for check in. One room ended up being ready at 6:30 pm then the other a few hours later. They did extend us a late check out although we had to pay for it.

Opted for this hotel for its fantastic reviews but the service was disappointing.The management tried to assist us as best as they could but we had to continuously nag about issues we were experiencing for the duration of our 10 day stay. One of the main problems was the cleanliness. No house keeping which meant no toilet paper, clean towels, bed linen, rubbish overflow and dirty bathroom even though I ensured that such would be provided and paid for. We had to argue on three occasions for our needs to be catered but we were informed that check in personals are the main priority.To top it, on our last day, there was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. At that stage, I was so glad to leave this property. There are much better options available in the area. The stay was a headache and I would not return again.

We could not check into the room until almost 5pm. Also, our room was never cleaned during the 3 nights that we stayed there. On the last night they asked if we would like the room cleaned at 7pm, while we were having drinks. That's just not great service. The hotel is nice and so are the amenities, but they have to work on the management of the property.

Beautiful property and location. Staff was very attentive with any requests. It would be great if there were a few more cooking supplies in the kitchenette. Additionally there was no patio furniture which is needed.

No me gusto el tiempo que tardaron en darme la habitación, tampoco me gustaron los alimentos, estaban muy caros para la porción que vendian, tambien la chica de recepción se equivoco al hacerme un cargo de 1000 en lugar de 1 y ahora tengo pendiente la devolución de mi dinero. Necesita mejorar y ofrecer algún servicio o encontrar la manera de satisfacer a su cliente

Brand new property that is very nice in almost every way. The thing that I dont understand is why someone would put cheap mattresses and linens in such a nice new and obviously expensive property. That is the only thing that would make me hesitate to stay here again. The walk down 5th avenue all the way to town is manageable. if you are not fussy about mattress and linen quality this is a very nice property and being a distance from the all night parties that happen closer to the ferry pier makes it very peaceful.

The hotel was brand new and the staff were kind and trying to be helpful. We rented a 2 bedroom suite for 10 days. However, there was a major issue with the cleaning/housekeeping. In short, there over a 10-day stay they only came a handfull of times after complaining multiple times each day and usually at night after 8 pm... That was a real bummer. It made what could have been a wonderful holiday quite irritating as the bathrooms were not cleaned and we didn't get clean towels!!!!!

Mi habitacion no tenia número, los numeros edtaban caidos, pedi un desayuno y tardaron 2 horas y 20 min en traerlo y el servicio a la habitacion no fue amable.

We chose this hotel based on all the positive reviews we read. Although it looks beautiful in the pictures the reality is very disappointing. The beautiful private pool that is shown is so cold you can’t even get in it. The beautiful showers look great but just realize you will get about 5 minutes of hot water total! The beds look beautiful in the pictures but in reality they are as hard as bricks. The location off 5th Avenue is great and a beach is just down the street. The beach however is not one you can swim at since there are so many boats coming and going and they dock right at the beach. Since this hotel is basically residential condos that get rented out you may get a resident living under you who doesn’t follow hotel rules. We had a resident below us that partied hard all night long every night. The base in his sound system was so incredibly amazing that our furniture was shaking. We asked the hotel staff to have him turn it down so we could get a little sleep but when they asked him he got mad and ended up turning it up. This led us to reach out to Expedia who had to call the hotel themselves and gave us a credit because the service was so bad. The Wifi goes in and out all day long which is really annoying. When you do get a signal from one of the many routers they say they have it is very slow. The maid service was supposed to come in every other day but we did not see them until the last day of our week long trip. The toilets are also very sensitive.

No cumplen con el servicio.
El problema es que no respetan la reservacion, reserve una habitacion familiar, y me dieron dos habitaciones separadas, que seguramente no son del mismo costo, la recepcionista solo argumento que no es su problema. Ademas del pesimo servicio que esta señora y sus compañeros de recepcion nos dieron. pesimo servicio, no volvere a ese lugar.

Ok but
Had an issue one day when room was not serviced, towels were not changed and didn't have soap. The front desk lady tried to give me a reason why. I told her that I could accept their apologies but never any excuse! They tried to made it up the following days
