Shared Stay at this Home, 5 minutes from 5ta Avenida and Punta Esmeralda Beach

I am sharing my home with up to 4 guests in two rooms, on Queen and one King Size. Close to shopping mall. Walking distance to a supermarket, pharmacy, Stylist, Barber, Loundry, multiple real local Mexican restaurants.
Enjoy the strip of Chemayuil which also connects just a few minutes to Punta Esmeralda Beach which is one of the only virgin beaches in the peninsula. But at the same time if you walk more you will find the most luxurious resorts where with just a small pre-paid fee (meaning that the fee you pay is for consumption, the actual entrance is free, you would be enjoying the same quality of drinks, pool, beach, chair, whatever you prefer.
Walk a bit more and you would see multitude of beaches.
The home is simple it's shared with me or my family but you will have your own room with private washroom. The rooms are very spacious and clutter free. It's very minimalistic.

The rooftop it's gorgeous, you can grill there or spend the evening with the solar lighting with it.

I live here but I can also connect you with locals for any needs you have. I mostly stay in the third room downstairs where I work. Your are welcome to use any thing at home. The 75" TV is equipped with Youtube Premium, Disney, Starz, Amazon Prime, HBO Max and more...

The bedrooms are setup extremely minimalist, they're made for people that come to sleep but actually came to visit Playa del Carmen and be adventurous. That is is why it's a no frills place.

What a really love about this place is that it has just exactly what you need to come home comfortably and get ready for next adventure. Or to have a resort-like area like the rooftop completely private only for the guests where you can grill and spend time at the pool and the sun.

The are is just fantastic, along Chemayuil you simply follow it until Plaza las Americas and you will find some of the best cheap and delicious street food there is in playa del carmen.. And absolutely all services are within walking distance, Walmart, Chedraui, Dominoes Pizza and even a cinema it's 5 minute walk, multiple convenience stores and much more.
