Other Things to Note:

You'll get a time-framed code to enter the apartment the first time. Once inside, you'll find a keyfob for easy access and power activation. No more fumbling for keys or switches!



To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, and shampoo. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.

We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.



For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the necessary linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.

Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.



We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove your makeup to avoid additional charges.



Travel Crib Available - Advance Request Required



We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.



For bookings 28 days or longer, we're billing electric usage separately. For bookings 7+ days we request a mandatory change of linens at an extra cost to keep our linens clean and be able to provide all our guests with quality linens..
