The Space:

Indulge in a luxurious stay in the heart of Playa del Carmen! Our private room offers a comfortable queen-size bed, private bathroom, closet, safe, smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. Although there's no balcony, the room is located in the best area near top-rated restaurants and entertainment. The window faces an interior space.



Enjoy 24/7 security, elevator access, a swimming pool, and gym in the building. We also provide a welcome kit with soap, shampoo, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and bottled water. Please note that additional supplies may need to be purchased by the guest if the initial supply runs out.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, as well as access to common areas within permitted hours (until 10 PM). Enjoy all the amenities and make the most of your stay!

Other Things to Note:

- A complimentary starter kit is provided at check-in, including toilet paper, trash bag, soap, and shampoo. These items are not restocked during the stay; guests should purchase additional supplies if needed.

- Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price.

- Extra cleaning services, including sheet and towel changes or full cleaning, are available for an additional charge.

- Cleaning services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

- Guests are asked to take proper care of linens and towels to avoid extra charges.

- A travel crib is available for USD 15 per stay, including mattress, sheets, and blanket.

- Crib availability is limited and must be requested before arrival with confirmation.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is charged separately.

- For stays of 7 nights or longer, a mandatory linen change applies at an extra cost.

- Mid-stay cleaning is not included, but can be arranged for an extra fee depending on availability.
