The condominium has wireless internet and its kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a Smart TV and views of the pool. Right next to the living room, its private patio with a view of the pool.



This condominium is located 5 minutes by car from the beach and Fifth Avenue, where you can find many options for dining or shopping. Additionally, this unit is only 40 minutes by ferry from Cozumel Island.



From the moment of your reservation, our concierge can help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum and Cobá. Within the additional concierge services we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service and many others



MONTHLY PRICE:

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
