The Leaf sits in Playacar Phase II, a quiet, secure gated community known for its greenery and resort feel. You are just minutes from Playa del Carmen's lively 5th Avenue (La Quinta) with its restaurants, bars and shops, the beach, golf course and shopping centers, while enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the crowds.



Getting Around:

Playacar is walkable and bike-friendly. Downtown Playa del Carmen and 5th Avenue are a short drive or pleasant walk away. Cancun International Airport is about 45-50 minutes by car or pre-arranged shuttle. Taxis and the ADO bus station are nearby for trips to Tulum, Cancun and the cenotes.



Other Things to Note:

For the safety of all guests and to authorize community access, we require an official photo ID (a photo of a government-issued ID) for every guest before check-in.

- This is a compact studio with a kitchenette (no full kitchen/oven)

- Pools, gardens, playground and clubhouse are shared resort amenities

- The on-site gym is temporarily out of service; we are happy to recommend nearby options

- There may be nearby construction noise from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
