The villa is a new two storey modern house surrounded by greenery, offering absolute privacy; spectacular mountain and sea views. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, stay up to 7people. Beautiful garden, private large swimming pool of 45m2. A fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace and TV, a bathroom.

The space:
The Villa is built in maisonette style and it can accommodate up to seven guests. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with fireplace, a satellite TV and two seating corners, including a beautiful dining area are provided. A fully equipped kitchen with a big refrigerator, a dishwasher, and an oven with hobs is offered. On the same floor, one bedroom with a double bed and a wc with a shower are available.

On the first floor, two more double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a large bathtub are provided. Large balconies in all the bedrooms offer unobstructed great sea views. Air conditioning, wireless internet, central heating, satellite TV, and washing machine are offered. Parking is possible in the plot of the villa.
